Got  Mold? We Can Help

Every home has mold, but are the levels in your home safe?

AccuDry Inc. works hand in hand with hygienist that can assess just that.

Our Process

  • Initial Inspection & Testing:
This is by far the most important step in mold remediation. Every job is different and we need to know what has to be done to ensure a healthy indoor environment. We use a third party testing company to prepare a mold remediation plan, this plan tells us how much, what types and where the mold is located.
  • Containment:
To prevent cross contamination which could cause a small mold issue to become a BIG mold issue we set up containment. This usually consists of plastic sheeting, creating negative pressure in your home with the use of air scrubbers and taping off all vents in the affected area.
  • Removal:
After containment is in place, all mold damage items are removed. This can include drywall, insulation, carpet, furniture, and any contents that were affected.
  • Decontamination:
During a mold remediation project, there are items that can be cleaned in place, such as wood framing, metal, plastic, and concrete. We use a combination of Hepa Vacuuming and scrubbing the affected area with Benefect a 100% botanical anti microbial to remove any mold spores from the contaminated area.
  • Clearance Testing:
After the remediation project is finished. We have a third party testing company come in again and retest to ensure your home has a healthy indoor environment.

This is an example of an Air Scrubber creating negative pressure in a home. The dirty or contaminated air goes into the machine and out of your home.

Here we created a decontamination chamber to allow our technicians access to the affected area with out spreading mold spores through out your home.
